Before you book Studio 2.
Self-service hire. Check these two essentials before choosing your session.
- Save your entry email. Double-check your email address. Find and save your confirmation with the entry code before travelling.
- Check bathroom access. Available during HIT’s regular class hours. Outside those hours, arrange access with HIT before booking; it is not guaranteed.

Check your inbox and spam for your HIT / Acuity booking confirmation. Wrong email address or no confirmation? Email your booking name, date and time so we can help.

Use the glass door labelled Studio 2, not the white door beside the lockbox. If the key is missing or the door will not open, call or text with your booking name and time.
Do not buy another booking to get a code.

A few useful details.
How long can I hire the studio?
Online sessions run from 1 to 5 hours, in 30-minute increments. Choose a duration in the calendar to see its price and available times. For a longer session or a regular booking, email us with your plans.
Before you leave
Remove your rubbish, return equipment to its place and leave the floor clean and dry for the next hirer. Lock Studio 2 and return the key to the lockbox. If anything is missing, damaged or not working, email HIT with your booking time and a description.

Can I book for a different use or a special setup?
Tell us what you have in mind before booking. Email your intended use, group size, preferred date and time, and any equipment or setup requirements so we can check suitability.
What is the studio-hire refund policy?
Studio-hire bookings are final sale for changes of mind. Cancelling a booking does not entitle you to a change-of-mind refund. This does not affect your rights under New Zealand consumer law. If you think you were charged incorrectly or there is a problem with your booking, contact HIT with your receipt and booking details so we can check.
Need to change an existing booking?
Use the Change/Cancel Appointment button in your Acuity confirmation email to see the available options. If you need help, email HIT with your booking name, date and time.
