Recurring membership trial. Renews at $20/week for 1 class per week unless cancelled before your next billing date. Allow at least 24 hours for cancellation processing.
Choose your amount in Mindbody, enter the recipient’s name and email, and select when to send it. Double-check the email and delivery date before paying. The recipient chooses their own class pass; you don’t need to choose a class for them.
How do I use my gift card?
Show your code to our team at the studio — your phone is fine. Buying online? Sign in to your HIT Mindbody account and enter the code where gift-card payment is offered at checkout. If the option is missing or the code is not accepted, contact HIT before paying. Already a student? Use your existing account.
Do I have to spend it all at once?
No. Unused value stays on the gift card until its expiry. If your purchase costs more than its balance, pay the difference with another payment method. Keep the code safe: anyone with it may use the remaining balance. Our team can help check how much is left.
Can I use it for a membership or account credit?
Yes — contact HIT before your payment is due. Our team can transfer your gift-card balance into your HIT account credit and arrange for it to cover upcoming membership payments. This requires staff setup — it won’t happen automatically.
How long is it valid?
Our gift-card terms state three years from the purchase date. Check the terms supplied with your card, and email hitdancestudios@gmail.com if you need a hand.
Frequently asked questions.
How does the first-week trial work?
Your first week costs $20 and includes 4 classes over 7 days. This is the trial week of the 1 class/week membership, not a one-off pass. After the trial, it automatically renews at $20/week for 1 class per week unless cancelled before your next billing date.
You can cancel anytime using the membership-management form. Allow at least 24 hours for processing. Buying a casual pass or 10-class pack makes new clients ineligible for the trial.
How do I cancel a membership?
Use HIT's membership-management form. You can cancel anytime, with no 52-week lock-in. Submit before your next billing date and allow at least 24 hours for processing. Membership cancellation is separate from cancelling a class reservation.
What if I need to cancel a class?
Cancel your reservation in Mindbody's My Account → Schedule at least 12 hours before class to receive your credit back.
Can unused weekly classes roll over?
HIT's published policy allows unused weekly class credits to roll over for up to one year while you remain on a membership. Check the terms for your chosen pass.
What if the checkout terms look different?
Don't complete the purchase if the agreement is unclear. Ask HIT to clarify before accepting it.
How does the waitlist work?
If a class is full, join the waitlist if a place on it is available. A waitlist place is not a confirmed class booking. Check your emails and your bookings in My Account for updates.
You can ask at the studio about last-minute spaces, but entry is not guaranteed without a confirmed booking.
How far ahead can I book?
Bookings open 7 days ahead. For a Monday class, the earliest you can book is the Monday before. See the timetable ↗
