HOW DOES THE TRIAL WEEK ON THE 1X/WEEK MEMBERSHIP WORK?
We offer a trial week for the first week of the 1x/week membership. This is a great way to try our 1x/week membership before committing. During the trial week, you will receive 4 classes as an added bonus for you to try a few different classes. You can cancel anytime prior to the billing date using the form HERE. If you do not cancel within the first week, your membership will automatically renew for our regular price of $28+HST per week moving forward.
DO UNUSED CLASSES ROLL OVER?
For our weekly membership options, classes that have not been completed within your billing cycle will roll over for and up to one year, as long as you are still on a membership. For existing monthly memberships, unused classes do not roll over upon the completion of your billing cycle.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
You can cancel your reserved class on our app, or our website. Scroll down to the schedule and click on My Account next to Find A Class on the schedule. We require 12 hours notice to cancel a reserved class. If you don’t cancel before 12 hours, you will not receive your class back on your account. If you are on an unlimited membership and don’t cancel before 12 hours, and don’t show up, you will be charged a $5 no-show fee.
If a class is fully booked, we allow a few people to join the waitlist until the waitlist is full. If you are on the waitlist and someone drops out of the class, you will receive an email that you have been added to the class. If you do not receive an email, we still recommend that you come into the studio in the case that someone doesn’t show up to the class. If a spot opens up, you will be able to attend your desired class.
